missingWrote a review on Dec 13great locationcomfortable capsulehandy laundrycrowded shower
My stay was quite interesting! The location stood out, just a quick 5-minute walk from Shibuya station and crossing. Having access to a laundry room came in handy, especially since my suitcase was delayed. The amenities provided were nice too, including toiletries like toothbrushes and shower products. The capsule itself was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, despite the lively neighborhood. However, there were downsides. Only one shower on the 3rd floor was operational, making mornings a bit tricky. The luggage storage area felt cramped, and there wasn’t enough room for bags in the communal area. I also wish there were more communal spaces to relax. A door on the capsule for privacy would have been great, as the sleep quality could be affected by noise. Despite these drawbacks, it was a cool experience overall.

missingWrote a review on Nov 14prime locationhandy amenitiescleanliness issues
The location is prime—just a short walk to the bustling Shibuya crossing and metro. Lots of nearby eateries and shops. The amenities like toiletries, including toothbrushes, were a nice touch that saved some hassle during my stay.
Only one shower and two sinks were operational for about 20 guys, which led to some frustrating mornings. The overall cleanliness left something to be desired, with hairs in the shower and a persistent funny smell in the air. The noise issues were bothersome too. the door to the pod room didn't auto shut, which meant disturbances at all hours from slamming and blow dryers. The lack of a communal space was disappointing, as I had envisioned a place to unwind or work. The vending machine was broken.

Well-organized facilities with modern amenities.
My experience was far from satisfactory. First, the shower doors were broken, compromising privacy – it was beyond frustrating, to say the least. Additionally, I felt exposed since there was no door to my capsule, leading to constant disturbances from noise. To top it off, the air conditioning was either freezing or non-functional, which made it unbearable at times.

Well, the mattress was as thin as a pancake, I swear, and trying to get in and out of my bunk was a hilarious exercise in crawling. Also, no special treatment at all, woudl ve been nice to expect an upgrade for my troubles here. Overall, I just couldn't recommend them, despite a few bright spots.

8/10
Dude, my stay was super chill! The bed was, like, so comfy, and honestly, it was surprisingly quiet for being so close to Shibuya. The washroom was really clean. They had laundry facilities which was a lifesaver. Just wish the capsule had a door for more privacy, ya know?

The location was definitely a highlight, being a short walk from the Hachiko Memorial Statue and other iconic spots. The capsule I stayed in, which was the Premium Capsule Room for Male, offered a bit more space and comfort than I expected. I appreciated the toiletries provided. it saved me from rifling through my suitcase. However, it would have been nice to have a communal area to sit and relax, as the absence of one was a miss for me.
